Jessica and Vanessa have always been fond of the moments they shared cooking with family. Both sisters love food and to cook, especially Jessica who has taken it a step further. She’s continued cooking traditional Italian family recipes, whipped up healthy alternatives, and recently graduated from culinary school at the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec.
This blog is dedicated to Piacentino Salvatore, who shared his love for food and cooking with his granddaughters. Jessica and Vanessa have spent many great moments with their Nonno (grandfather) in the kitchen and feel his presence whenever they are cooking. On this blog they are sharing family recipes, healthy alternatives, as well as photos and tips from their foodie adventures in Montreal and abroad.
